Once you have gone through an evaluation and completed a training program with us, you are welcome for things like structured daycare, boarding, and grooming!

  • Please keep in mind that when you request services through your online portal, it is a REQUEST. It will be approved or declined based on our availability.


  • If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours to avoid not being charged for the reservation. 


  • You can cancel and reschedule your appointment from your online portal under "appointments" or "reservations".
