Payment

All payment for classes, training, shadowing, seminars, etc. must be paid in full at time of booking to hold your reservation.

Cancelation / Refunds

Evaluations & One on Ones: 

We will reschedule your appointment one time. After this there will be an automatic 50% refund and cancelation of booked appointment. Rescheduling is always available. 


Board & Trains and Day Training:

Cancel before 15 days to scheduled drop off date to receive a 50% refund.

Canceling within 15 days of scheduled drop off date will result in 10% refund.

Cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment  to receive a 10% refund. 

Remaining balance can be redeemable as a credit. 

Rescheduling is always available.


Group Classes, Seminars, & Shadows:

Cancel before 7 days to receive a 50% refund. After 7 days to receive a 20% refund.


We are not monsters! If you have an mediate emergency, please explain this to us. We have to have policies in place because this is our livelihood. In some cases a credit for the nonrefundable balance can be applied to your account to use at a later date.
